How does it work?

It’s the same as any class - sign up for one lesson or a monthly membership (one hour class per week). You kids will have 100% time with our coaches. Cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Our approach involves imparting fundamental fitness principles, including techniques such as stretching, warm-up routines, various exercise types, understanding sets and repetitions, and appreciating the importance of rest. Additionally, we emphasise cultivating physical confidence by targeting specific areas of strength, mobility, agility, and flexibility. StrengthPertains to the capacity for significant physical or mental exertion.Mobility Involves controlling and altering body positions effectively.AgilityEncompasses rapid changes in direction, acceleration, or deceleration, influenced by factors such as balance, coordination, and skill level. Our methodology offers two distinct options:

Circuit training sessions
Features a variety of bodyweight exercises, such as squats, push-ups, lunges, planks, and sit-ups.Interactive games integrating fitness movementsEngages participants in fun, game-based activities like tic tac toe and dodgeball.

These activities cater to children aged 6 to 13, a critical developmental stage, where establishing healthy habits and building physical confidence are particularly receptive. 

In summary, by instilling positive habits and discipline during this formative period, we aim to empower children to embrace fitness as an integral part of their lives, promoting holistic well-being and lifelong health consciousness.

To maximise learning and safety, we divide our classes into two age groups: 6-9 years old and 10-13 years old. What age ranges do you cover?

At our facility, we cater to the energetic spirits of children aged between 6 and 13 years old. Our one-hour classes are thoughtfully structured, ensuring an engaging and enriching experience for all participants.

To maximise learning and safety, we divide our classes into two age groups: 6-9 years old (Youth) and 10-13 years old (Juniors).
With a maximum of 10 children per coach, we prioritise individual attention and personalised guidance, fostering a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

We also offer 1-1 classes (Personal Training) for children aged 6-18 years old and Group Training classes for Teenagers aged 14-18 years old for a maximum of 6 teenagers per class. This can be booked directly on our website.

Do you work with schools?

We currently do not offer services for schools, but we are working on it for the future. Stay tuned!

Do you offer a trial?

Yes, we offer a trial class before you sign up.

After the trial, you can choose to book individual classes or subscribe to a monthly membership. Let's go-Let's go Fitness club is like a gym club for your children where they will absolutely love the experience!

Your kids will get dedicated time with our coaches.

Where are the training sessions?

Location: Hyde Park next to the Albert Memorial.

Classes are Monday to Friday from 4-5pm

For Teen Group classes and Personal Training sessions, please contact us to book a time.
